Privacy Statement of Sapphire Recruitment Logistics Ltd. We are a recruitment business which provides work-finding services to its clients and work-seekers. Here a user must provide contact information and information regarding the type of work you are seeking and your skills, qualifications and experience. This information is used to enable us to provide you with work-finding services. If we have trouble processing your application, this contact information is used to get in touch with you. Sapphire Recruitment Logistics Ltd does not use this information for any other purpose.

Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. Google Analytics allows us to better understand our website users, their demographic nd the content they are reading. This simply allows us to better target our website content, how we advertise our available jobs and overall improve our job-finding services. No personally identify data is held, shared or sold onto third parties at any point.

Sharing

We may share aggregated demographic information with our clients. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

Once registered with Sapphire Recruitment Logistics Ltd the company will process your personal data and/or sensitive personal data with the following recipients: Clients and their payroll/timesheet systems where necessary; Payroll/Accounts systems; Prospective clients for the purposes of marketing a candidate out, this will be done with the candidates’ permission and data will be anonymised; and The REC and other Auditing bodies for the purposes of an audit.
