We’re seeking a dedicated labourer with a knack for teamwork and a passion for quality craftsmanship to join our dynamic team. As a vital member, you’ll contribute to a variety of projects across multiple locations, ensuring their successful completion.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dive into diverse restoration projects, lending your expertise and energy.
  • Engage in manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, and material movement, with enthusiasm and care.
  • Create safe and organised workspaces, prepping and tidying areas for maximum efficiency.
  • Provide invaluable support to tradespeople, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Tackle general maintenance and repairs as needed, showcasing your versatile skill set.
  • Prioritise safety by adhering to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a secure work environment.
  • Embrace teamwork, working closely with colleagues to meet project deadlines seamlessly.
  • Keep tools and equipment in top-notch condition, ready for action at all times.
  • Uphold project specifications and quality standards, ensuring excellence in every detail.

Person Specification:

  • Bring practical knowledge and experience in construction and building trades to the table.
  • Communicate effectively within a team environment, fostering collaboration and camaraderie.
  • Demonstrate initiative and independence, taking charge when needed to drive success.
  • Thrive under pressure, meeting project deadlines with poise and precision.

Qualifications and Certification:

  • Previous experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
  • Possession of a valid Driving Licence is required, as a company van may be provided.

Working Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday, with a 7 am start
