Job Description

As a key figure in their team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices, customer invoices, payroll, ticket entry, weighbridge administration, etc.
  • Provide efficient administrative support to the learning and development team.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal training inquiries, resolving them or escalating as needed.
  • Check and reconcile training schedules.
  • Record and analyse data in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Raise invoices, maintain up-to-date databases, and ensure proper filing of documents.


Requirements:


Essential:

  • Organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Natural problem-solving ability.

Desirable:

  • Experience in an administration role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.


Salary:
£25,000 per annum / £12.82 per hour.
