Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our bustling Depot in Cullompton? Our client is on the lookout for a Night Shift Supervisor who’s passionate about leading transport and warehouse operations seamlessly through the night.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing leadership and supervision for transport and warehouse activities.
- Collaborating closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinating holiday & sickness cover, operational communications, and health & safety compliance.
- Assisting with team briefings, documentation, and KPI tracking.
- Managing equipment maintenance and service schedules.
- Monitoring and auditing health and safety compliance.
- Investigating and resolving internal and external queries.
- Enforcing best practices through coaching and ensuring accurate recording of driver data.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, with knowledge of traffic management systems.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Solution-driven with a flexible approach to work.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Location: Cullompton, Devon.
Job Types: Full-Time, Permanent, Night Shift, Monday to Friday (19:30hrs – 05:30hrs).
Salary Range: £30,000 – £33,000 per year
